Founder and Managing Attorney
Mr. Daffner is the founder and managing attorney of the firm. Over the past 23+ years, he has personally represented thousands of clients in matters throughout Pennsylvania and in both State and Federal Courts. He is a sought-after instructor for Continuing Legal Education courses and has authored numerous legal texts and teaching materials, and prides himself on always being aware of the most recent legal developments.
Mr. Daffner is the recipient of many honors and awards, and has been named a Pennsylvania "SuperLawyer" (Top 5% in the state), one of the Top-100 Criminal Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association, among the "Top Attorneys in Pennsylvania" by Philadelphia Magazine, and the Top Lawyers in PA.
