IMPORTANT COVID-19 PRISONER RELEASE INFORMATION
Counties throughout Pennsylvania are currently implementing measures to reduce the populations of their county jails, as well as State Correctional Institutions. Unfortunately, while significant efforts have been made, many prisoners are overlooked or are subject to high pretrial bail or detainers which operate to prevent their release.
However, many times it IS possible for these individuals to be released through action by the Court, and our office is able to file and present appropriate motions to effectuate releases in various ways.
